¡°Dahn is simple, easy and profound¡±
Neale Donald Walsch, The author of Conversations with God series
Throughout
the history of humankind many wise men and women have taught us
that we are indeed One, that we are inseparable from one another, and that
something that affects a part of us affects us all. Although we have received this
message repeatedly, the question remains: How do we make this wisdom truly
ours? How can we "feel" the truth of this Oneness, instead of just
"knowing" it on a superficial level? Dahn is one answer.
There are many ways to do this, and, as is pointed out repeatedly in this
dialogue, there is no one way that is the right way, or the best way. One
method that I have found to be effective for many people, myself included, and
that I have personally investigated, is Dahn Yoga.
Dahn is a comprehensive, holistic exercise that involves calisthenics, deep
stretching, meditation, breathing techniques, and other processes that
sensitize oneself to the Ki, also known in some cultures as Chi, or Life Energy
that permeates us all. Once you feel this energy, you can use it to not only
attain physical health, but to connect yourself to the universal energy and
achieve a spiritual awakening in which this sense of Oneness is imprinted into
every single cell of your being.
Dahn is simple, easy and profound. If you are interested in learning more about
this practice, you may find the Dahn Center nearest you by calling
1-877-Dahnhak.
There are many other forms of physical and mental practice that are worthy of
your investigation as well, and it is really not possible to go astray with any
one of them - as long as you are serious about using them, and committed at a
deep level to now becoming not only a seeker, but a bringer of the light to our
world. For we must do more now than merely concern ourselves with our own
lives. These practices and disciplines are about connecting your body to your
consciousness, they are about connecting "doingness" to
"beingness," and raising individual and group awareness.

¡°A process that benefits your entire being¡±
Dinohra M.Munoz-Silvia, M.D.
I was introduced
to Dahn Yoga by accident. As a psychiatrist, I quickly recognized that this was
not just an exercise program. It is a process that benefits your entire being.
Through the
Dahn Yoga practice, you can discover a state of harmony with others in an environment
that supports acceptance, tolerance and patience. You will uncover your
strengths as well as your weakness in your personal search for the truth. You
will begin to take responsibility for your actions with a willingness and
desire to change habits that are not useful.
This form of
exercise is gradual and gentle. Everyone in the program moves along with
his/her pace and level of comfort. Among the practitioners, there is no
competition or rivalry; just a sense of unity and heartfelt responses.
This is an enriching
experience, irrespective of age, physical ability or meditation experience. The
results of this practice are a sense of peace and harmony. As you proceed through
the exercises, the limits of your abilities will be expanded beyond your
present imagination.
The
practitioners turn to healthier and more positive ways to interact with their
family, friends and business associates. They find that their relationships
become more stable and mature. As they begin to feel the Ki-energy flow in
their bodies, they learn how to respect their own bodies. As their feeling of
separateness begin to dissipate within the Dahn Yoga exercise group, they discover
that the energies in the practice hall become one, filling the room with happiness,
joy and peace. Their fears and apprehensions disappear in an atmosphere of love
and acceptance.
At this point, the
practitioners understand what it is like to have a desire to achieve in their
lives and their relationships. Their lives begin to change. They take on a
holistic approach to life, with a sense of well-being, happiness, joy and
harmony. |

¡°Opening hidden parts of our brain¡±
James Twyman, Peace Troubadour
I
think that Ilchi Lee's focus on the role that the brain plays in this opening is
very important. A whole lot of emphasis has been put on the emotions, on the
spirit but we have to work as a whole. We have these amazingly powerful brains
that we don¡¯t use. We have powerful gifts and powerful abilities that most
people have not even begun to realize. I don¡¯t feel that the brain is the only
answer, but it is an important answer and it¡¯s only when we begin to activate
and open up those hidden parts of our brain that we begin to open up in every
area. So I think that Brain Respiration is a very important step. The studies
that they¡¯ve already done show conclusively that BR works, I¡¯m personally very
honored to be a small part of that, in helping people to realize that if they
just use these techniques they¡¯ll be able to charge their lives.

¡°Techniques for enhancing human
consciousness¡± Barbara Marx Hubbard, President of
the Foundation for Conscious Evolution
We
are at the threshold of a new form of consciousness. I call it evolutionary
consciousness and conscious evolution. That means we have to come into choice
about our acts because it is effecting everything. To be able to make those
choices, you need more Brain
Respiration because most people can¡¯t think that
way, so Brain
Respiration techniques for enhancing human consciousness are
essential for conscious evolution to work.

¡°Transforming of the human condition
in our time¡± Jean Houston, Co-director of the
Foundation for Mind Research
In Brain
Respiration, Ilchi Lee offers potent and
profound methods to effect both evolutionary as well as revolutionary changes
in human life and consciousness. Here are revealed secrets to unlock the
portals of consciousness. Here too, in clear and precise instructions, are the
keys to the unfolding of many latent potentials we all contain and fail to use.
If applied widely and seriously, the spiritual technology offered here could
effect the transforming of the human condition in our time.
