Brain
Respiration consists of five steps: Brain Sensitizing, Brain Versatilizing
(making the brain flexible), Brain Cleansing, Brain
Re-wiring, and Brain Mastering.

From the point of view of the anatomy and functions
of the brain, the above five steps are designed
to start with the body and work up to activating
every layer/part of the brain. |
|
From the point of view of energy, during this
process, those five steps activate the energy
system of the whole body, strengthen the neural
pathways of the brain, and improve mind and body
communication, bringing enhanced awareness and
coordination of the whole self. |
|
From the point of view of education, Brain
Respiration is a way to facilitate a life filled with emotional
richness, harmonious relationships, bright awareness,
and a meaningful purpose in life. |
