Dahn Yoga was created by Ilchi Lee who modernized and systemized an ancient mind-body training tradition of Korea for today¡¯s times. Brain Respiration is a brain-based exercise and meditation program that seeks to enhance the brain¡¯s functions and awaken the hidden potential of the brain through integrated training of the mind and body.

one hour regular class consists of three parts: Meridian Gym, Meditative Breathwork and Dynamic Meditation.Our program is an enriching experience for everyone, irrespective of age, physical ability or meditation experience. You can move along at your own pace and level of comfort.
