Dahn Yoga
was created by Ilchi Lee who modernized and systemized an ancient mind-body
training tradition of Korea for today¡¯s times. Brain Respiration is a
brain-based exercise and meditation program that seeks to enhance the brain¡¯s
functions and awaken the hidden potential of the brain through integrated
training of the mind and body.

one hour regular class consists of three parts: Meridian Gym, Meditative
Breathwork and Dynamic Meditation.Our program is

meditation experience. You can move along at your own pace and level of
comfort.
