 Human beings and monkeys are the only mammals that can distinguish color. Sight has been an important factor in the development of superiority of human beings. Eye exercises can improve sight and relieve tired eyes. Let's try some eye exercises for clearer vision.

Eye Exercise

|Steps|
1. Open both eyes wide and look up.
2. Look down.
3. Look to the left.
4. Look to the right.
5. Roll your eyes around to the left.
6. Roll them around to the right.
7. Repeat these steps for 3 minutes.

Send Energy to the Brain Through Your Eyes

|Steps|
Rub your hands 20 times. Place warm hands on your eyes for 2 minutes

1. Increases activity in the brain.
2. Improves near sightedness and prevents far sightedness due to aging.
3. Improves memory.

Repeat these eye exercises 3 times a day.
