* Benefits : When you have heart difficulty you can feel stiff in the arms and shoulders. This exercise helps to release this stiffness and activates the Pericardium Meridian and the Heart Meridian.
Arm Twist
1. Stand with your feet shoulder width apart and your arms extened to the side with your palms down.
2. Inhale. Bend your trunk slightly. Twist your thumbs counterclockwise and away from you.
3. Exhale. Return to Step 1 original posture. Inhale. Face your thumbs down and twist. Hold for a few seconds. Exhale and return to original posture.
4. Inhale. Twist each arm in the opposite direction of the other. Hold for a few seconds. Follow the arm that reaches behind you with your eyes. Exhale and return to the original posture in Step 2.
5. Repeat each motion eight times. When you finish, massage your muscles from your shoulder to the wrist of each side.
